When DJT was first elected, I was prompted to make a body of hand-embroidery work called “Needling the Regime”. Many of the pieces that you see in this exhibit combined propaganda images from WWI & II with text from DJT and his followers. It’s disturbing how closely they align with the outright fascism of that period.
Now we are into DJT’s second term. This Regime is less bothered to hide positions and statements from their ranks that are clearly antisemitic, anti-Islamic, misogynistic and racist.
So get ready for the new diktats…
